Oddly, my first thought is of a chastity belt.
Perhaps it’s because of the illusion of curvature, and the hint of a woman — her eyes veiled by a burqa?
Protecting something as precious as gold, and which has a glowing warmth.

A chastity belt, yes, once we see the veiled woman, then there is a good chance that people will also come up with that archetype. Usha, on the subconsicous, but intuitive level, you knew you just had to make this image.
